Payment: Please pay when you order - Paypal is preferred (you don't need to sign up or have an account to pay with Paypal). Postal orders and cheques should be made payable to D.Karan. 

Postage: Free within the U.K.

Delivery: Your chosen item will be carefully packaged and dispatched by 1st Class post within three days. Commissioned items will be dispatched within ten days. Proof of posting is always obtained.

International Orders: Overseas sales are welcomed, but there may be a charge for postage - please contact me for details before placing your order. Please note that Paypal is the only payment method accepted for overseas sales.

Returns: Items returned within five days of receipt will be refunded. Please note that postage will not be refunded unless the fault is a manufacturing one.

Accuracy: Whilst every effort is made to ensure that colours are accurately represented, please be aware that variations will occur between monitors.
